When you sign up for a workshop, you’re making a commitment to your personal growth and/or creativity.
By making a payment upfront, you’ll have a greater chance of keeping your commitment to you.
What I’ve noticed, without having a cancellation policy in place is:
- Other activities or seeming obligations call to you and take you away from this time with yourself.
- Trepidation sets in about delving into something just for you or connecting with others.
- Your self-care gets pushed to the wayside in lieu of other distractions.
The policy is in place to assist you in keeping you committed to your creativity, self-care, and exploration.
My current space is limited in size and I often have people on a wait list. With last minute cancellations and no shows, I’ve been unable to fill the space with those that want to attend.
If the cancellation notice is received 7 days prior to the beginning of the workshop or course of study you will be offered a full refund less a 10% processing fee.
No refund or credit is given for cancellations made after that timeframe or during a course of study.
If I have to cancel a class or workshop, you will be fully refunded.
